  1. The camp application must be sent with completed health form and appropriate fees.
  2. The camper/parents agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Flourtown Summer Day Camp.
  3. The Flourtown Summer Day Camp reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any camper whose physical or mental condition, conduct, influence or behavior is deemed by FSDC unsatisfactory or detrimental to the best interest of the camp or other campers. Reimbursements will not be given to campers dismissed form camp based on these circumstances.
  4. A $35.00 fee is charged on all returned checks.
  5. All payments will be retained after May 10, 2024 (full tuition deadline). Camper termination of enrollment for disciplinary issues will not be grounds for reimbursement.
  6. The campers must be covered by medical and hospitalization insurance provided by the parent or guardian for the duration of the camp season.
  7. The parent’s enrollment gives campers permission to participate and be transported by busses to scheduled field trips.
  8. Parents need to ensure that the camper is wearing sneakers daily, so that he or she can participate fully in the scheduled activities. This is also to prevent injuries that can occur from wearing sandals, crocs or flip-flops.
  9. Participation in all activities is essential to your child’s optimum camp experience. Our Instructor’s encourage every child to “try” and make attempts at all activities. We will communicate with the parent if lack of participation becomes problematic.
  10. Camp is not responsible for camper’s equipment or personal belongings if lost or stolen. Digital devices (ear buds, gaming devices, etc.) cameras, jewelry, cards, listening devices, ARE NOT TO BE BROUGHT TO CAMP.
  11. Cell phones must be away and not visible during the camp day. Cell phones may be taken for the day if visible or used by campers and will be held in the day camp office for that day. Campers may be removed from camp if the action/behavior continues.
  12. All campers must be toilet trained.
  13. Parent or Guardian gives permission to have photographs/slides taken of campers for use in printed materials (brochures, web site, etc.) or other media for promotional purposes only. Opting out is available, please contact info@flourtownswimclub.net
